Soo… why breathwork? Breathwork is an active meditation used to dive deeper into one’s physical, mental, spiritual and emotional health. The science:
Reduces Stress and Anxiety: A 2016 study looked at the effectiveness of diaphragmatic breathing on stress and anxiety. The results? Reduction in anxiety inventory scores, lower heart rate, and lower breathing rate.
Mood and Immunity: A human can survive days without water and weeks without food. But, a human being can only survive a few minutes without air. How does this work? Well, if heart and breathing rates are lower the body’s muscles are more efficient, therefore causing less stress on the body.
GIVES LIFE: The breath is the first thing you do when you enter this Earth and it will be the last thing you do before you leave. Yet it’s something that is never talked about or taught. The power of the breath GIVES LIFE. The breath has extreme power to heal pain, depression, injury, PTSD, addiction, disease, and more…

Vipassana, which means to see things as they really are is one of the most ancient techniques of meditation. This technique has been taught for over 2,500 years.
In May of 2024, Gabriel attended a Vipassana (10-Day Silent Meditation) in Pakasa, Illinois. From 4:30AM to 10:00PM there was only one thing to do: meditate.
Gabriel integrates this stillness and technique into his sessions because of the profound impact it had on his life.
