Gabriel integrates a holistic approach, blending techniques from various disciplines. His practice incorporates Oxygen Advantage® (Functional Breathing Instructor Certified) methods, somatic techniques, energy work (Reiki Level 1 Certified® ), and vipassana meditation techniques he learned from a 10-day silent meditation in May 2024. Gabriel has facilitated all over the world from mountains in Tuscany, Italy, to hostels in Lisbon, Portugal, and his own backyard in Cleveland, Ohio.
With this responsibility, he offers 1:1 sessions, group events, corporate wellness programs, small group training, and more all available in person and remotely. Currently in Cleveland, Gabriel hosts local group events and coachs clients through the breath and cold plunges.
Before coming to breathwork and cold plunging, I had a sense of fear and nervousness about what to expect. Talking through my experience with Gabe, he told me to focus on the idea of surrendering, which allowed me to work through the sensations and feelings I was experiencing in the moment. After our session, I felt grounded, had a lot of clarity, and felt more in tune with myself and my body.
After I breathed with you and journaled and ate something, I danced!!! Not because I looked pretty or wanted to or felt amazing before dancing, but because it’s just “what we do” (regardless of those things) to cultivate that internal state and as long as we’re living and breathing, we deserve to feel that good every damn day.
The weeks leading up to our session were a very uncertain and transitional period in my life. I was feeling unsure of myself. After the session, I realized all the needed answers were already within me. Being able to control the breath and realizing its power, it feels like I’m able to be more intentional and present in the things I’m doing.
Before our session, I was feeling very anxious and spacey, had racing thoughts, and couldn’t be present in the moment. After our first few sessions, it’s been one of the most life-changing routines I’ve implemented in my daily practice. Afterward, I leave feeling ready for success the rest of the day.
I wasn’t really sure what to expect during our session, but by the end of the breathwork and cold plunge I was feeling refreshed. I wasn’t expecting it to be such a shocking experience, a reset, and to be able to experience that with others is really amazing.
I went into our session feeling burnt out, stressed, and overworked. I left feeling more present, calm and connected to all those around me.
The plunge is so eye opening. It rings out all tension in the body by forcing one to surrender.
Being in the cold plunge the first time is so invigorating because it literally forces you to only be in the plunge. I'm super grateful we aligned on this and am feeling 1000% energy after our session this morning.
I was stressed and overloaded before coming to our session, and after the breathwork & cold plunging, I felt so much more relieved. I actually took a breath of fresh air and was in tune with my body in those moments. I felt grounded and content. Breathwork and cold plunging change my perspective on my life every time I do it.
